A dedicated Programs and Outreach department has been set up to develop exciting and dynamic annual programming to intensify our impact at the heart of black communities. We offer emerging talent hands-on training so that they can acquire and develop skills through mentoring by professionals in the arts, media and cultural industries. Our approach is to encourage their growth and build their confidence so that they become key players at the heart of these fields.
