Montreal, September 9, 2025 - Launched by Fondation Dynastie, in collaboration with Musicaction, the Écho Musique program would not be what it is without the strength and expertise of those who drive it. For this first edition, we have assembled a solid team of experts who have been active in the music industry for many years.
From copyright and music production to marketing, stage performance and financing strategies, each module is in the hands of passionate professionals who know the terrain. Their mission? To equip, stimulate, inspire and guide the cohort towards the realization of their musical projects.
Amélie Tintin, international cultural development strategist
Senior companion
A woman of projects and culture, Amélie will be at the heart of support throughout the program. With her sensitivity, expertise in cultural development and in-depth knowledge of artistic realities, she will act as a point of reference for the cohort throughout the various stages of the program.
Pomeline Delgado, General Manager of Indie Montréal
Pomeline Delgado is General Manager of Indie Montréal, which has been supporting businesses, NPOs and artists for over 10 years. She promotes a wide diversity of artists in many musical genres, and values the link between communities and territories, without geographical limitations. Her core expertise lies in booking and management, as well as business development, press relations, consulting and grant applications.
Animated module : Cultural entrepreneurship
Pomeline will lead this module designed to explore the fundamentals of cultural entrepreneurship while questioning one's posture as an artist-entrepreneur. The aim is to learn how to think of your project as a business without diluting your artistic vision.
Carlos Munoz, President, Joy Ride Records
Carlos "Los" Munoz is a Montreal-based producer and entrepreneur with over 20 years' experience in music production and artist management. Co-founder and director of Joy Ride Records, he has propelled major French-language hip-hop artists such as Loud, Rymz and White-B, and managed over 1,250 concerts in a dozen countries. The label has received Félix, Junos, certifications and Prix SOCAN. Today, Carlos also leads Joy Ride Latino, dedicated to the Latin music scene with artists such as Cruzito, Mariana Gueza and Chilldeiv.

Me Aicha Tohry, lawyer
Me Aicha Tohry is a lawyer specializing in creative industries law, supporting her clients in the entertainment, marketing and information technology sectors. A member of the Quebec and Ontario bars, she teaches entertainment law at the Université de Montréal and supervises the Intellectual Property division of the Clinique juridique. She also publishes and speaks regularly at conferences on copyright, influencer marketing and arts law.

Me Tohry will lead this module to enable the cohort to understand the legal bases essential to the protection of their work: copyright, intellectual property, contracts and reflexes to adopt to secure their artistic career.
Ansfrid Tchetchenigbo, cultural manager
Ansfrid Tchetchenigbo is a committed player in the Montreal cultural scene, and has been helping artists and organizations develop their projects for many years. A former cultural advisor in music at the Conseil des arts de Montréal, he is a consultant in cultural funding and an expert in grant strategies and the resources available to artists. Passionate about the history of the Black Atlantic and Afrodescendant cultures, he is also the instigator of Impressions, an ephemeral bookshop showcasing these works, and has collaborated with numerous cultural organizations.

Ansfrid will lead this module to help the cohort navigate the world of grant applications and revenue streams, sharing his expertise and concrete tools for structuring the funding of their artistic projects.
Rama Sow, founder of The Study
Rama Sow is a data scientist with a passion for culture, and founder of The Study and Le Déli, a platform that helps brands, athletes and artists optimize their strategy through data. A recent graduate with a master's degree in business intelligence from HEC Montréal, she was also a data scientist at Cossette, where she provided strategic analysis to a diverse client base.
Animated module: Branding & marketingRama will lead this module to guide participants in the development of their brand image, coherent communication with their artistic proposal and an effective marketing strategy without denaturing themselves.
Koudjo, cultural entrepreneur
Koudjo is a composer, producer and record editor renowned for his collaborations with some of the biggest names in French-language rap and music. With over 700,000 albums sold, 4 platinum discs and 5 gold discs, he has worked with Youssoupha, Soprano, Naza, Jul, Rohff, Nekfeu and many other big names. Founder of PS23, co-published with Warner Chappell France, he is also co-founder of the Qcltur media, dedicated to promoting French-speaking culture.

Koudjo will lead this module to delve into the world of production, from artistic direction to distribution, exploring each stage that brings a project to maturity.
Olivier Laroche, stage coach and founder - Ateliers Pimp Ton Show
Olivier Laroche is a musician, presenter and arts and communications consultant with 25 years' experience. As a bassist and show agent, he has accompanied numerous artists and acquired a comprehensive vision of the needs of programmers and festivals. Founder of Ateliers Pimp ton Show, he offers stage coaching and concrete solutions to maximize the impact of performances, whatever the musical style.

Olivier will lead this module to optimize stage presence, work on live storytelling and visual and sound coherence to transform each performance into a memorable moment.
Sébastien Charest, Rights Manager
Sébastien Charest has 20 years' experience in the Canadian music industry. He has worked with MusiquePlus, GAMIQ, M pour Montréal and SPACQ, developing expertise in artist management and promotion. Now self-employed, he assists artists, managers and small businesses in declaring and managing their repertoire with collective management societies.

Sébastien will lead this module to demystify neighboring rights, royalties and collecting societies, in order to better understand the revenues generated by a work.
Pierre-Paul Boisvert, President and CEO - Les Entreprises PURCOM Inc.
Pierre-Paul Boisvert has 25 years' experience in communications and entertainment, specializing in independent and emerging francophone artists. The first Quebec cultural relations specialist to earn the PRP designation, he has helped discover numerous talents and has been recognized by ADISQ, GAMIQ and the GRAMMYs.
Animated module: Promotion, radio, broadcasting and press relations
Pierre-Paul will lead this module to pass on strategies for promotion, radio placement, press relations and music broadcasting to maximize artists' visibility.
Patrice Agboko, founder - PASA MUSIK
Patrice Agbokou is a musician and producer with over 20 years' experience in the cultural world. Founder of PASA Musik, he supports emerging talent and promotes cultural diversity on local, national and international stages. He builds bridges between cultures by promoting projects that combine a strong sense of identity with openness to the world.
Animated module: Touring and performing
Patrice will lead this module to pass on best practices in logistics, planning, budget management and relations with presenters, in order to prepare tours and shows efficiently.
