Montreal finally has its Citadelle!
The mythical fortress of the Pearl of the Caribbean, the Citadelle Laferrière, located in the north of the country, is synonymous with pride and independence for all Haitians. So it comes as no surprise, and with great humility, that the Fondation Dynastie and Orijin Village decided to name the building that houses their new offices, La Citadelle in honor of this architectural marvel that symbolizes affirmation, resilience and courage. 8555-8557 boulevard Saint-Laurent becomes our Montreal fortress to continue supporting, developing and showcasing the talent of black communities. What immense joy!

At the inauguration on September 21, a festive, joyful, friendly and warm atmosphere prevailed in the newly-constructed three-storey building. A modern, Afro, colorful and sophisticated decor perfectly matched the laughter, discussions, and congratulations of industry guests and partners happy to discover this unique venue brimming with creativity. The soulful music of Dj God Father D coupled with the wonderful dishes of La Bouchée Divine and the impeccable service of Bleiv Event Management set the table for a superb evening!
The Dynasty Foundation offices are on the third floor, so it takes a little cardio to climb the 3 flights of stairs - but it's so worth it! As soon as you walk through the door, you feel a sense of pride and perseverance. The walls are adorned with memorable photos from the last 7 editions of the Gala Dynastie. Bright and spacious, the space with its black, white and yellow, and gold accents makes us want to change the world of media, culture and the arts without compromise.
A special hub to meet!
On the second floor is a brand new space that will be dedicated to creative workshops, networking events and innovative training to uplift and celebrate black communities. Dubbed the Hub Eclectik this space, which can accommodate up to 50 people, will feature some exciting programming, so stay tuned!

A rental service will also be available for all types of events. Whether it's for an album launch or a vernissage, the venue will also provide access to an intimate terrace, a complete sound system and a room specially designed for podcasts.
