Montreal, November 21, 2024 – The Fondation Dynastie is excited to announce a new partnership with Weber Shandwick Canada, a globally recognized strategic communications agency. This collaboration represents a significant milestone for the Fondation Dynastie as it embarks on a pivotal phase of growth and outreach.

Weber Shandwick Canada dedicates part of its revenue to pro-bono initiatives, supporting various organizations that champion equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI). Each year, the agency selects projects that resonate with its mission, and for 2024, the Fondation Dynastie has been chosen as a recipient of this valuable support.

For the Fondation Dynastie, this partnership is a major strategic opportunity. As the organization defines its positioning and deepens engagement with its audiences, the collaboration with Weber Shandwick Canada will serve as a key lever to amplify its impact in Quebec, as well as nationally and internationally. "This partnership is an invaluable opportunity for us. It is a real springboard to expand the foundation’s reach and to help position our organization in an ever-evolving landscape," says Carla Beauvais, Executive Director of the Fondation Dynastie.

The first meeting between the Fondation Dynastie and Weber Shandwick Canada teams took place at the agency's Toronto office last July, where the discussions were particularly dynamic. This gathering brought together Weber Shandwick's Montreal and Toronto teams to share insights and develop communication strategies tailored to the foundation’s needs. The agency’s employees had previously formed teams to collectively brainstorm strategies, then pitched their ideas to a jury responsible for selecting the proposal best suited to the Fondation Dynastie’s needs. "I’m thrilled to see us working together, and I was pleasantly surprised by the enthusiasm employees from both Montreal and Toronto brought to the process. For us, this experience has already been extremely positive. I hope this marks the beginning of a long and fruitful collaboration," says Marie-Eve Noël, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Weber Shandwick Montreal.

This partnership will lead to an ambitious, three-year communication plan, developed by Weber Shandwick. Aligned with the foundation's mission, the plan aims to implement optimal strategies and create a distinctive positioning that will help the Fondation Dynastie stand out and achieve its goals more effectively.
